Getting Started
Criteria
Our Customers expect the best from us so we are VERY selective about what we accept. We advise our customers to carefully inspect their items before bringing them in.

Items must be new or in like-new condition and be less than 2 years old. Outdated and/or "vintage" items will not be accepted.

We accept sizes 0-4X.

The items we accept are…… tops and blouses, sweaters, pants and jeans, skirts, shoes, jackets, dresses, coats, costume jewelry, handbags, belts, scarves and small home decor (ie: candle holders, small lamps w/shades, etc).

We do not accept bathing suits, costumes, wedding gowns, real fur, suits, lingerie.

Gowns and formal dresses may be considered on a very limited basis. Please call for details.

Clothing MUST be freshly laundered or dry cleaned. Our preference is that items be delivered on hangers or neatly folded in shopping bags or bins.

Each item must be in season (we are currently accepting SPRING items).

Labels should be intact, all buttons, zippers working, and free of stains, tears or snags. Please trim any loose threads.

Absolutely NO pet hair or odors such as tobacco, moth balls or perfume. Any items in this condition will be rejected immediately.

Shoes must be new or like-new and be free of scuffs, worn soles or any other noticeable sign of wear.

Remember, Presentation is Everything. The better it looks, the more you will make.
